When I started work on “Project X” I wanted to assure that I found reputable sources to back up the knowledge that I was starting to put on paper. As a piece of the project, I set out to examine the most up to date audience statistics and demographics for each of the major social media networks: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat.Knowing I read reputable social media articles from sources like Forbes, I thought that it would be easy to find sources that backed my knowledge.
