I started feeling the most upset about the loss of Toys ‘R’ Us when I realized that my children would never get that same experience from a Target or a Walmart. My children will never get that same experience from a tablet or computer. While Toys ‘R’ Us couldn’t compete on price or selection to retailers like Walmart, Target and Amazon – it could trump all three in overall experience.
I had developed over 30+ strategies for companies. Many lately – haven’t even been answering or responding to emails upon delivery. Despite my best efforts – nothing has changed. I have not allowed this to bring me down (in fact, I keep trying. This is not something I want to give up on.) I let it inspire me to look back through the relationships I forged with potential leads and clients over the past few months and see if I can find a pattern between the things I did succeed with – and the things I did not.
As we head into a new month and a new year and we embrace our ability to create change in on our lives (or finally admit, like I had to, that change is necessary) keep in mind the following ways that focusing on reflection may help drive more change and take some tips to help reflection work to help you make or keep your New Year’s resolutions.
